Observation session for IRO Staff level, Graz

Three Iranian participants from each partner travel to FH Joanneum Gesellschaft MBH (FHJG), Austria, to discuss different internationalisation practices and managerial skills, facilitate peer learning and create leadership at the IRO level through a observation session visit of Iranian HEIs IRO staff to FHJ. The main scheduled activities are:

1. Discussions of European HEIs IRO models, practical presentations of EU partners experiences, and exchange of initial insights and micro-level (IRO) constrains by Iranian partners;
2. Organization of meetings with IRO staff at institutional and faculty level.
3. Creation of a basis for the development of IRO services;
