Observation session for Top-Management level Staff, Alicante

Three Iranian representatives from each partner will travel to the University of Alicante to discuss different internationalisation strategies and models, facilitate peer learning and create leadership at the strategic level through a observation session visit of Iranian HEIs top management staff to UA. The most relevant topics are:

• Discussions of European HEIs internationalisation support models, practical presentations of EU partners experiences, and exchange of initial insights and institutional constrains by Iranian partners;
• Organization of meetings with IRR vice-rectors, IRR top-management staff at Faculty level and other relevant agents.
• Creation of a basis for the development of institutional strategies on internationalisation.
