IRO staff from all Iranian universities within the IHEI consortium assembled for a 3 day Workshop in which University of Alicante(Spain) and FH Joanneum (Austria) collaborated by bringing expertise on practical issues around internationalization.
On the 26th September 2018 the 2nd National Conference on Internationalisation of Research and Higher Education in Iran have been held in Allameh Tabataba'i University.
Various members of the six Iranian Universities constituting the IHEI Consortium have been participated along with others Higher Education representatives of the country.
All 6 Iranian partners gathered last week in Qazvin in collaboration with European partners from the University of Alicante (Spain) and FH Joanneum (Austria) to discuss, learn and engage on internationalization topics.
All Iranian members of the IHEI consortium gathered in Dizin (Iran) with the University of Alicante from July 17th to July 19th, to discuss about the future steps of the implementation of the project. As such, members agreed upon the content of the IRO Management Guide, the Credit Recognition Whitepaper and the scope of the IHEI network.
Partners also took the opportunity of the 3 days meeting to hold in depth discussions about the content and material included in the IRO Management Guide.
Last 3rd and 4th May, the University of Alicante, coordinator of the project, organized the II Consortium Meeting.
The main purpose of this management meeting, that took place in Alicante, was to give all the partners a floor to discuss the progress of the work- packages, deliverables and outputs expected as well as develop action plans for the coming activities.
IHEI partners will celebrate the 2nd IHEI Consortium Meeting next May, 3rd and 4th.
Representatives of the 9 universities will gather in Alicante to discuss the progress of the workpackages and the deliverables and outputs expected and will develop action plans for the coming activities.
